- No Account or Registration: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal details to use the App.
- No Tracking: The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services (such as Google Firebase or others). We do not use cookies or similar technologies.
- No User Content: The App does not allow users to create, input, or generate their own content. Therefore, we never have access to any user-generated data.
2. Information Storage and Local Data
The core functionality of the App is based on local storage on your device:
- Local-Only Storage: All your study statistics and progress are stored solely on your personal device. They are not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
- Pre-Provided Content: The flashcard content is static and provided by us within the App. This content is not modified by user activity and is part of the application's core data.
- Permanent Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all your local progress and statistics will be permanently erased. We cannot recover this data, as we do not have a copy.
3. Aggregate and Anonymous Data
The App may generate anonymous, aggregate data for the sole purpose of maintaining app functionality. This data cannot be used to identify any individual user.
- Crash Reporting (Anonymous): In the event of an app crash, your device may send an anonymous report to the platform provider (such as Apple or Google). This report typically includes information like device type, operating system version, and the crash log, which helps us diagnose and fix technical issues. It does not include your personal information or your study progress.
4. No Data Sharing
Since we do not collect personal information and all your data is stored locally, we do not share any user information with third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is suitable for a general audience. The flashcard content is provided by us and includes references to regulatory study materials that mention topics like "drugs" and "alcohol" in an aviation safety context. For this reason, the app is generally suggested for users aged 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your Rights
Given that we do not collect your personal data, the rights granted under privacy laws like the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) regarding data access, correction, or deletion do not apply, as we have no data to act upon.
